Our Partnership
Partnership with international coaches HUB called LEA Growing People specialised in the delivery of The Efficient Team, experiential training programs for teams that can be characterised in different ways. My speciality and mine skills are so rooted in the nautical world that in collaboration with them we have created a special course within The Efficient Team which is called “Sailing through Leadership” and which combines the skills and possibilities of LEA with my personal skills.
